Ever since the Snapchat app launched in 2011, it has always evolved with innovations. The app recently introduced an update with tools including Paperclip and also capacity to create and pay for custom geo-filters.
The app has released another update which adds more tools and cut-off a limitation.
The latest addition in the Snapchat update is called Multi-Snap, a feature that allows users to record six 10-second long videos continuously in a row, totaling a 60-second video.
In the previous update, videos were limited to 10-second recordings and to long-record, the record button has to be held to click about 6-snaps, which is collectively merged, edited and later shared.
Tint Brush, a new tool integrated into the update can be used to tint selected parts of a picture to desire. Just by highlighting the area, use the tool and select the desired color (as displayed in the picture).
The update will be available on iOS platform today, while the Android version comes soon. This update increases competition with other competitors.
